Djo ‘Back On You’ Tour, Victoria Warehouse Manchester, 3rd June 2025

Like many others, I discovered Djo when his song End Of Beginning went viral. I loved that song so much that I decided to listen to the rest of his music and I loved it. I was shocked to find out Djo was the alias for actor Joe Keery. His album Decide became my favourite of all time, only to be knocked down to second when he released The Crux. All the songs on that album, as well as many of his others spoke to me in so many ways and I’ve not been able to leave that discography alone. This concert was my most anticiapted on the year and I was not disappointed. I had an amazing time listening to some of my favourite music. Unfortunatly, I ended up at the back of the room with lots of tall people infront, so the photos weren’t quite what I was hoping for, although I do feel like the grain and harsh contrasts fit well with the style of his music and the messages it delivers. Hopefully he will tour the UK again soon and I will get to experience another show and capture the moments better.
